06/20/2023, WSP USA INC. (“WSP”), a New York corporation with offices at One Penn Plaza, New York, New York 10119, and APITAL INC. (“Subcontractor”), a New York corporation with offices at Tower 49, 12 East 49th Street New York, New York 100017 entered an agreement to provide program and project management services for the Communications Based Train Control Program Project (the “Project”) in MTA Crosstown (G) Subway Line.
Simon Zhang, President of APITAL, referred to this as an essential milestone of Apital and said:” We are happy to be part of MTA Construction team to build the new generation CBTC system, Apital team will bring the strong experience in CBTC projects to support WSP USA to make the project successful”.
