History & Experience
Apital’s Communciated Based Train Control (CBTC) journey started from Shanghai Metro, where the first CBTC system started its deployment in 2003; since then, Apital core team members have been working in different CBTC vendors with other CBTC systems in Asia and North America. Together with the industry partners, Apital core members have delivered many successful projects:
Beijing Line 4
Apital team members have worked on many CBTC projects around the world. Beijing Line 4, the first public-private partnership project by Hongkong MTR in mainline China. SBL Line, the first driverless subway line in South Korea. Culver Test Track, the first full interoperable CBTC system test line in MTA.
